Renegade Fitness Training est. 2023 is an exceptional group training fitness studio that brings a fresh approach to fitness with their innovative elite hybrid training methods. With their bold slogan "Risk None, Gain None," they embody a philosophy that encourages clients to step outside their comfort zones and embrace challenges in order to achieve incredible results. March 2024, we are the very first and only gym in upstate NY to become an affiliate gym with H Y R O X world series athletic racing. This alone sets us apart from other gyms as we provide specialized training for these races from officially certified HYROX coaches who have education and experience in multiple HYROX races across the country. This truly builds an amazing comradery both training for and battling through these races together. This gives our members a goal more other than just focusing on physique and health. This is about is about training for performance, truly testing yourself to see what you are capable of doing. We provide our members with special discounts on tickets and pre-registration links that allow us to get tickets before they go on sale to the public. We were honored to have the 2024 Womens world champion, Meg Jacoby host a workshop at our gym in October 2024.

60 MINUTE CLASSES
MON: 5AM, 6AM, 7:15AM, 9:30AM 5PM
TUE: 5AM, 6AM, 7:15AM, 9:30AM 5PM
WED: 5AM, 6AM, 7:15AM, 9:30AM 5PM
THUR: 5AM, 6AM, 7:15AM, 9:30AM 5PM

80 MINUTE CLASSES
SAT:7AM, 8:20AM, 9:40AM
MONDAY: BUILD (heavy upper body focus)
On Build days we focus on building strength/power. Mondays are more upper body focused with a specific lift of the day built in that you will see every Monday during the 8 week training block. We will implement higher rep (light weight) and lower rep (heavier weight) days and work towards progressive overload. These days have longer "rest" periods in between circuits.
TUESDAY: ENGINE (full body)
You can expect a higher intensity workout on this day that will be full body with shorter rest periods. These workouts are straight from our HYROX 365 portal that we have access to as an affiliate. You can expect to potentially implement running on these days and or a mix of HYROX station/motor pattern work!
WEDNESDAY: BUILD (full body)
On Build days we focus on building strength/power. Wednesdays are full body mix with a specific lift of the day built in that you will see every Wednesday during the 8 week training block. We will implement higher rep (light weight) and lower rep (heavier weight) days and work towards progressive overload. These days have longer "rest" periods in between circuits.
THURSDAY: ENGINE (full body)
You can expect a higher intensity workout on this day that will be full body with shorter rest periods.
FRIDAY: BUILD (heavy lower body focus)
On Build days we focus on building strength/power. Fridays are more lower body focused with a specific lift of the day built in that you will see every Friday during the 8 week training block. We will implement higher rep (light weight) and lower rep (heavier weight) days and work towards progressive overload. These days have longer "rest" periods in between circuits.
SATURDAY: ULTRA ENGINE (HYROX)
You can expect a full body HYROX workout implementing some of the HYROX Specific movements as well as running incorporated within the workout (weather pending) with our highest emphasis on training endurance. This is not to be misconceived that these Saturday classes are the ONLY ones that would train you for HYROX, as our programing as a whole here will get you ready for a HYROX race or to just live your healthiest well rounded hybrid fitness life! If you are a beginner to advanced training or exercise in general, we recommend not starting your first class on a Saturday but if you choose to, we encourage you do please do at your own pace!
